A trip to the States was the starting point for François Perret's new vision for pastry. A vision that went hand in hand with a challenge: allowing French pastry to be enjoyed while walking around. The Chef took on this challenge with many classics, including the mille-feuille. Completely reinterpreted to make it easy to eat, the vanilla mille-feuille is slender, delicious and simple to savor.
